1. Acute Kidney Injury in Critical Ill Patients.
2. Application of RIFLE and AKIN criteria in every but chronic kidney failure critically
   ill patients and looking at the relationship with CystatinC and NAGAL enzyme
   determination.
3. Molecular biology of Acute Kidney Injury, especially apoptosis preconditioning and
   role of Heat Shock Proteins (HSP’s) (BAP Project).
4. Serum proteomics analysis of patients with high and low turnover uremic bone
   disease (BAP project).
5. Proteomics analysis in mesenchymal stem cells of patients with high and low turnover
   uremic bone disease.
